Accounting (m/f/d)

You handle the ongoing financial accounting, assist with financial statements, and ensure a reliable basis of figures

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent handling of ongoing accounting tasks (accounts receivable/payable)
  • Recording and managing accounting documents and invoices in DATEV
  • Processing and reconciliation of bank transactions as well as monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support in recording inventory levels
  • Checking and posting of purchase invoices
  • Carrying out operational procurement for internal requirements
     

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting/taxation (e.g. tax clerk, accountant, industrial clerk)
  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting
  • Confident use of DATEV
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Structured, conscientious, and reliable working style
  • Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
